  • 1. My Page > Menu > Link Multiple Accounts
  • 2. Tap "Continue"
  • 3. Select your Google account that you like to link your data.
  • 4. Install the app on your new device > Perform the steps below after tutorial
    My Page > Menu > Log in with Another Account
  • 5. Tap "Continue"
  • 6. Select your Google account that you like to link your data.
  • For iOS users:
    1. My Page > Menu > Link Multiple Accounts
    2. Tap "Continue"
    3. Link multiple accounts? > Tap "OK" to register.
    4. Install the app on your new device > Perform the steps below after tutorial
     My Page > Menu > Log in with Another Account
    5. Tap "Continue"
    6. Select your Google account that you like to link your data.
  • Please note that the displays of operation procedure are different with each game.
I purchased the event collection items from the item shop and I don't have it in my items.
Please note that the event collection items are added directly to "the event collection items Given", not in your Items.
Also, you can confirm the event collection items history which you obtained from My Page > Event Top > the event collection items Result.
I did not receive the event reward.

I haven't been receiving any free story tickets.
Replenished Story Tickets are displayed as Green Cards at the top of the screen.
As for Red Cards and the number displayed beside them, those indicated Story Tickets that were purchased.
I never had a chance to do the level 3 Sherlock slot.
As part of the parameters of this app, Prizes may be received from any Levels in which Slots have been Unlocked.
For example, if Slots have been Unlocked up to and including Level 4, any Prize from Levels 1 through 4 may be provided in the Slots.

The data link may be performed by following

  • 1.In Oz+ app on the previous device:
    MENU > Settings > Link Multiple Devices > Continue > Choose your account > ok
  • 2. In Oz+ app on the new device:
    MENU > Settings > Login with Different Account > Continue > Choose your account > ok
After performing the preceding steps, you will be able to continue playing with your previous data.
Please note that Steps 1 and 2 must be performed in the order in which they appear above.
In the story, the graphics were blurry.
The game images will be displayed on low resolution graphics depending on the device in which it is being used.

The avatar I have purchased is nowhere to be seen.
  • 1. The Categories Scrollbar is displayed on the Right side of the My Room page
  • 2. Categories are displayed as icons in the Categories Scrollbar
  • 3. The icon which appears at the Top of the My Room page and displays a Dress, Shoes, and a Handbag is the Set Items category
  • 4. Avatar categories are stored separately as displayed beneath the Set Items category
  • 5. Additional categories which may not initially appear onscreen may be displayed onscreen by scrolling down through the Categories Scrollbar
  • 6. Categories may be accessed by tapping on the icon of the desired category
Can I buy items with the kaled cash?
Some of Avatars can be purchased with kaled cash.
The avatars that were indicated as “Buy” with green button from MENU > Shop can be purchased with kaled cash.
We also kindly remind you that Kaled cash Gacha can be play with kaled cash as well.

However, Dressers and Magic Cooking Items are not available to be purchased with Kaled Cash.
My story tickets aren't being refilled.
Purchased Story Tickets are Pink, and Story Tickets that replenish every 4 hours are Blue.
Replenish in accordance with the following times:
4 AM / 8 AM / 12 PM / 4 PM / 8 PM / 12 AM

You may confirm the presence or absence of replenished Story Tickets in the upper part of the screen where Story Tickets are indicated in blue.
I'm supposed to get a free Gacha every day but it's not resetting.
The Better-half Gacha may be enjoyed for free one time only.
Only the Kaled Cash Gacha may be enjoyed for free once a day.
Style Point and Total Stylishness.
Style Point is the combined total of Points attributed to all of the Avatar Items which You and He are currently wearing.

Total Stylishness is the combined total of Points attributed to all of the Avatar Items which are currently in your Dresser.
I bought Dresser but haven’t received it.
Received Dresser are automatically added to Dresser space,
and your added Dresser history may be found in the following location:
Home > Menu > Help&Setting > Item History > Used
I obtained a story but I never received it.
The Event Stories you received may be enjoyed by performing the following steps:
MENU > Menu > Album > Character > Story > Event / Pop'n Sweet Café

Drawer and Storage House.
Drawer is where you store Avatar items of My Room.
And, Storage House is where you store Avatar items of My Garden.
I never got the photo.
A Photo is only provided when certain choices are made and/or by playing the Story/Ending
that a photo can be obtained as a prize.
I got a story from the event but I can't find a way to read it.
Your Story may be enjoyed by performing the following steps:
MENU > Memories > Character > Story > Event Story
I cannot find event prize after receiving gift box.
Details related to receipt /purchases/usage history of Items and Avatars may be confirmed by performing the following steps:
My Page > Item List > Item History

Furthermore, all Avatar’s with the word “Garden” attached are stored in the Garden’s Storage House.

Do I lose all my “Items” and “Avatars” if I start new story?
Please note that you will not lose “Items” and “Avatars” you obtained even if you change a story or a character.
As it has been described in “change screen”, your “story progress”, “Lady Level”, “Moonbeam Level” and “Sunlight Level” will be reset.
Is soundtrack from this game is available for sale?
We are afraid that the music is not for sale or downloadable at the moment.
The Dresser did not increase.
A Dresser is where you store avatar items of My Room.
When you start the game, you can store a maximum of 15 avatar items.
The Warehouse did not increase.
Please note that a Warehouse is where you store avatar items of My Garden.
When you start the game, you can store a maximum of 10 avatar items.
I received a [HIM] avatar but I can't find it.
You can confirm the item you received in "Garden".

I did not receive the event reward.
Please be advised that you can confirm the condition of obtaining the prize from an event page.
I should have received letters but I didn't receive in my letter box.
Please note that even though the "You have received a love letter!" is displayed,
the letter will not be delivered if you already have it.
That means you will not receive the same letter again.

Also, the Letters are displayed in chronological order of receipt.
Can't read the event story.

MENU > Memories > choose character > Story > Event Story

Game won't load.
The situation could be improved by accessing the app after a while, so please try again where the internet connection is good.
If this does not work, please try the following.
-Reboot your device
-Clear the app cache
-Make sure that apps are compatible with OS version of your device.
-Close other apps that are running in the background
-Delete the app and reinstall its latest version
