TArticle 1 Agreement for Use

  1. 1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) govern the use of "Shall we date?: Wizardess Heart+" (the “Service”), a service provided by NTT Solmare Corporation (the "Company"), by the users of the Service (the "Customer").
  2. 2. The Customer shall agree to and comply with the Terms of Use in using the Service.
  3. 3. If other terms and conditions of a service within the Service are provided separately from the Terms of Use (the "Individual Terms of Use"), both the Terms of Use and the Individual Terms of Use shall govern use.
    If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Terms of Use and the provisions of the Individual Terms of Use, the provisions of the Individual Terms of Use shall prevail (a contract for the Service between the Customer and the Company to which the Terms of Use and Individual Terms of Use apply shall be called a “Service Contract”).

Article 2 Amendment of Terms of Use or Individual Terms of Use

  •  The Company reserves the right to revise, add to, amend, or rescind the Terms of Use or the Individual Terms of Use without prior notice to the Customer.
    If the Terms of Use or the Individual Terms of Use are revised, added to, or amended, the latest version of the Terms of Use or the Individual Terms of Use after the revisions shall apply to all matters concerning the Service

Article 3 Commencement of Use

  1. 1. The Customer may start using the Service as soon as the Customer downloads the application of the Service onto the Customer’s mobile or tablet handset and starts the application.
  2. 2. By using the Service, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Use and the privacy policy in effect at the time of use.

Article 4 Conditions for Providing the Service

  1. 1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the Service and to change the contents of the Service, if necessary, at its sole discretion.
  2. 2. The Company reserves the right to suspend the Service for system maintenance, etc. without any prior notice to the Customer.
  3. 3. The Company may place an advertisement in the Service (in an application, in an e-mail magazine, etc.).
    The Company may ask the Customer to fill out a questionnaire on the Service or a product survey, and the customer may choose whether or not to respond.
  4. 4. The Service is intended solely for use within countries and territories which the Company distributes the Service through APP STORE provided by Apple Inc. or GooglePlay provided by Goolge Inc.

Article 5 Payment Terms

  1. 1. The Customer shall pay the price the Company prescribed for the Service, by the payment method provided by Apple Inc. or Google Inc.
  2. 2. After completing the procedures for the purchase of a piece of content, the Customer shall be obligated to pay the amount indicated on the page providing the details of the content.
  3. 3. Any application for a Service Contract transmitted through the Customer's mobile or tablet handset shall be deemed to be an application transmitted by the Customer. Payment obligations shall not be cancelled or waived even if an application has been transmitted as a result of an operational mistake by the Customer.
  4. 4. The obligation to pay the information fee under a Service Contract concluded through the Customer's mobile or tablet handset shall not be waived for any reason, including an inability of the Customer to use the Customer’s mobile or tablet handset.
  5. 5. An information fee already paid is not refundable under any circumstances.

Article 6 Coin

  1. 1. The Customer may use Coins in the Service in using contents provided and designated by the Company.
  2. 2. The Customer may use Coins in a manner specified by the Company and acquire the right to use content designated by the Company.
  3. 3. The Customer may convert neither Coins into contents other than contents designated by the Company under any circumstances.
  4. 4. The Customer may not allow any third party, including other customers, to use its Coins, and it may not lease, assign, sell, or pledge its Coins.
  5. 5. If the Company determines that the Customer has violated any of these Terms of Use or Individual Terms of Use, the Company may suspend the issuance of Coins to the Customer, suspend the Customer’s use of Coins, or revoke all or part of the Customer’s Coins.
  6. 6. When the Customer’s right to use the Service is terminated by withdrawal, etc., the unused Coins of the Customer shall be cancelled forthwith.

Article 7 Use of Content

  1. The Customer will be unable to use any content after the Service is terminated.

Article 8 Conditions for the Licensing of Content

  1. All rights, including, without limitation, the copyrights concerning the Service, belong to the Company or a third party copyright holder.
  2. The Customer shall not take any actions that infringe or may infringe the rights of the Company or of a third party in relation to the Service.
  3. The Customer may not assign or transfer to any third party any right or authority of the Company or any right to the Service.
  4. The Customer may not reprint, copy, accumulate, or transfer all or any part of the content of the Service without permission of the Company.

Article 9 Material Posted by the Customer

  1. 1. The Customer shall be responsible for material posted by the Customer (“Posted Material”). The Customer may not post any information that:
    1. The Customer shall not take any actions that infringe or may infringe the rights of the Company or of a third party in relation to the Service.
    2. The Customer may not assign or transfer to any third party any right or authority of the Company or any right to the Service.
    3. The Customer may not reprint, copy, accumulate, or transfer all or any part of the content of the Service without permission of the Company.

Can I transfer my data from iOS to Android device?
No. Data can only be transferred between devices running the same OS.
How to transfer my current date to another device?
  • 1. Go to MENU >Link multiple Accounts and register before you change the device.

    For iOS user, go to Game Center and register.

  • 2. You can download this app to your new device.

    2 ways to do it:

    • i. Go to "Ways to start using this app" and tap "For multiple device or switch device users"
    • ii. Go to MENU > Use other account to login

    Note: The description may slightly differ between the games, please just tap the right bottom of the Menu

    page and login with your ID.
  • 3. If you complete you account registration through method 1 above. You can go "Playing Status" and continue to play.
Failed to transfer your current date to another device?
