Social Media Terms of Use

NTT Solmare Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) for all official social media accounts under its management. Please carefully review these Terms before using the Company’s official social media accounts (hereinafter referred to as “the Official Accounts”).

Management

The Official Accounts are managed either directly by the Company.

General Policies

(1) The Company will use the Official Accounts to share promotional or other information via text, images, sound, or videos.
(2) The Company shall have no obligation to respond to comments on any of the Official Accounts.
(3) The Company reserves the right to delete any comment on any of the Official Accounts that is deemed inappropriate for any reason.
(4) Due to the nature of social media interaction, the Company may post statements without necessarily confirming all related details. The Company reserves the right to post corrections or updates to previous statements at its discretion.
(5) The Company may cease operation of or delete any Official Account without prior notice.

Access to User Information

When a User (herein defined as any individual or entity that interacts with one or more of the Official Accounts) registers (“follow,” “add,” “subscribe,” etc.) with any of the Official Accounts, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and to have granted the Company access to the User’s publicly available account and profile information (username, profile photo, gender, network, user ID, friends list, etc.). These Terms will also apply to anyone who views or accesses any of the Official Accounts on any social media platform without registering.

Disclaimers

(1) The Company shall have no obligation to guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information posted on the Official Accounts.
(2) The Company shall hold no liability for any content (comments, photos, audio, videos, etc.) posted by Users.
(3) The Company shall hold no liability for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use any of the Official Accounts by a User.
(4) The Company shall hold no liability for any disputes that may occur between Users, or between Users and third parties, in relation to the Official Accounts.
(5) The copyright of any content posted by a User on any of the Official Accounts is owned by the User. However, by posting on an Official Account, the User grants the Company the right to use posted content (including editing, excerpting, duplication, sharing publicly, translation, etc.) on a free and non-exclusive basis worldwide. The User also agrees not to exercise their copyright to said content against the Company.
(6) The Company shall hold no liability for the posts or statements of any account bearing the same name as any of the Official Accounts that is not in fact an Official Account.
(7) In the case of statements posted on any of the Official Accounts that are found to be the result of identity fraud, the Company may waive liability for said statements.

Handling of Personal Information

The Company will handle the personal information of Users in accordance with the Privacy Policy published here on the Company’s website.
